Paytegrity is growing! We are looking for a ETL Engineer with demonstrated experience.
Our ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, collaborative, team player with excellent skills in Data Management, has an excellent work ethic with a desire for growth, reward, and recognition. In this key role, you will work cross-functionally with R&D/SME teams to collect and formulate business requirements to design robust enterprise pipelines from complex datasets.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise pipelines.
- Document, test, maintain, troubleshoot, debug, update and improve pipelines as needed.
- Establish evaluation metrics to analyze and improve performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure highly effective process (intake, integration, preparation, modeling and delivery) provides end-users with actionable, production ready data.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulation and requirements with respect to PHI sensitive data
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to Executive Leadership on ETL inventory, loading, issues, risks, improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience
- Able to design, implement, update, and maintain data pipelines from ingestion to delivery, backup and recovery.
- Able to monitor and ensure environment is highly secure, robust, and reliable.
- Able to prepare and present regular updates to Executive Leadership team on data pipelines, issues, risks, and improvement initiatives.
