Paytegrity is growing! We are looking for DRG & APC Coding candidates AND Inpatient, SNF, and Home Health Nurse Reviewers.
Our ideal candidates are highly-motivated, collaborative, team players with strong knowledge in inpatient care, skilled nursing facility care, home health care, and behavioral health or Inpatient/APC Coding, has an excellent work ethic with a desire for growth, reward, and recognition. In these key positions, you will perform medical records review to validate billing, coding, coverage, and contract compliance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform coding, billing, coverage, and compliance audits
- Use decision support/coding tools to support findings
- Document and report findings
- Work cross-functionally to improve commercial solutions as needed
- Identify/uncover new opportunities
- Attend team and performance review meetings as needed/scheduled
- Other duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or Masters in Nursing License RN, LPN
- Psychology, Social Work, Marriage or Family Counseling (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, PhD, or PsyD)
- Inpatient and/or APC Coding Certifications
- Able to work independently
- Able to meet production/quality standards
- Able to comply with HIPAA regulation and requirements
