Peggy has managed client relations for 80+ health plans, led over 200 implementations, and strategic initiatives to include acquisition and integration. Peggy provides strategic oversight and direction for the organization's solutions. Through innovation and continuous improvement, Peggy's teams have identified over $850m across Inpatient, Outpatient, DME, Home Health solutions to include Hospital Bill Audits, Itemized Bill Review, Short Stay Medical Necessity, Readmissions, DRG coding validations, Home Health Per Visit/OASIS, SNF/RUG, APC etc. Peggy's prior experience includes roles at BCBSFL, Humana, Express Scripts, SCIO Health Analytics, Discovery, Health Partners, American Express and the Bank of NY Corporate Trust. Peggy holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management.

Jacob is a finance professional with over 25 years of financial management experience in multinational corporations – public and private, and Big 4 accounting firms. In his last role, Jacob was the CFO for over 10 years of SCIO Health Analytics, a Sequoia backed Healthcare Technology Analytics company, from its early start-up days till sale to EXL Services (NASDAQ – EXLS). At EXLS, Jacob managed the FP&A function for the ~$250 million Healthcare division as its VP Finance and member of its Healthcare Executive Leadership team. Over the years, Jacob has also been involved in closing and integrating more than 10 acquisitions in US, UK, India and China, and managed finance, legal and procurement teams across US, UK and India. Jacob is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Jacob in his CFO and Board advisory role at Paytegrity will be advising on its overall growth and financial strategy.

With a robust background in Federal, Public and Private sectors, Dennis has demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting complex cloud and cybersecurity solutions for Veterans Administration Healthcare, Banking and Financial, Retail eCommerce, and Technology sector companies. Dennis is a veteran, Microsoft Alumni, and certified CISSP, CISM, Security+, Microsoft Certified Cybersecuirty Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and many others.
